Arrival, departure:
On the day of arrival, your apartment will be available from 3:00 PM.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM.

Deposit:
For a definitive reservation, we request a deposit.

Payment:
Please transfer the remaining balance at least 10 days before your arrival to our bank account. The local tourist tax will be settled directly at the property.

Final cleaning:
The final cleaning fee is included in the rental price.

Pet:
We appreciate your understanding that pets are not allowed in our apartments.

Internet:
Free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments.

Visitor's tax: 
We charge a visitor's tax of €3.70 per day/per person for all guests aged 15 and over.

Parking:
Each apartment includes one parking space or garage space.

Smoking:
We and our future guests greatly appreciate that all our apartments are non-smoking.

Travel Insurance:
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to avoid unexpected costs. This insurance covers not only cancellation and trip interruption, but also delayed arrival as well as search and rescue expenses. Further information is available, for example, from the European Travel Insurance.

Ski and boot room:
Our boot room is equipped with a heated boot dryer.
Please note that we cannot accept liability for any sports equipment (such as skis, snowboards, or sleds) stored in this area.

Keys:
Upon arrival, you will receive the keys for your apartment – in case of loss, a replacement fee of €40 per key will be charged.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are subject to the Austrian Hotel Industry Terms and Conditions (AGBH):

• Up to 3 months before arrival: free cancellation (a €40,- administrative fee applies).
• 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total rental price.
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total rental price.
• Within the last week before arrival: 90% of the total rental price.
